    Your genuine desire to help ease our stress has been apparent since the beginning. At first I chalked it up to you being a close friend.     The big thing for us, when we switched to working with Maureen ( and we were working with another well known brokerage ) was that it was like she started to take on our work of finding homes. It was very overwhelming when our other agent didn’t grasp what we were looking for. Which meant he never sent us houses. She would also be bold enough to talk to neighbours or anyone else around to get “inside information “ about the neighbourhood. Now, not everyone is able to do this, that’s for sure, actually the vast majority are not…. But it’s got you thinking doesn’t it??
